Ovarian Cancer Awareness Stamp

I found out yesterday that there's a petition circulating to urge the U.S. Postal Service to create an Ovarian Cancer Awareness Stamp (along the lines of the breast cancer stamp) to promote awareness and education about this "silent killer". The hope is to encourage an increase in early detection and to expand research into treatment options. This is a topic close to my heart, since one of my favorite people in the world, my mom, Anita Louise Keeton, died of this disease in 2001, after a five-year battle.
